From farm to warehouse
We work with farming partners in the Indian states of Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Tamil Nadu. Fruit and leaves are harvested by hand, dried by freeze-drying and shipped to our own warehouse in Bayern, Germany. Our products are tested in laboratories before they are sold. Some batches are tested in the EU and others by German approved laboratories. The lab reports are available on our lab reports page.
Andhra Pradesh
Tropical climate and red soils. Banana, turmeric and moringa are grown here.
Odisha
A region with a long tradition of organic farming.
Tamil Nadu
Home of the mango supply chain for our Alphonso products.
Processing
Freeze-drying works at low temperatures and without added preservatives. Our processing partners hold the Indian organic certification (NPOP). Our EU organic certificate is shown on the Our story page.
Packaging
Recycled materials
Our pouches are made with recycled plastic and are designed to be recyclable. We keep looking for better solutions.
LUCID registration
We are registered in the German packaging register LUCID under the Packaging Act (VerpackG).
